Finding My Balance — One Push at a Time

Skateboarding has always been my anchor.
It’s not just what I do — it’s who I am.
The rhythm of wheels on concrete. The silence between tricks. The breath before I drop in. All of it gives my mind space to breathe — and over time, it’s become my medicine.
As someone with autism and ADHD, the world can often feel overwhelming and unpredictable. But skating? Skating makes sense. It offers freedom in structure, creativity in chaos. And it’s helped me face some of the hardest moments of my life with clarity, courage, and resilience.
The past six months have been full of shifts. While I’ve stayed active on socials, the blog took a back seat — but I’m back now, and ready to share more. Life’s been busy, raw, and beautiful. I’ve had incredible opportunities open up with some inspiring skate brands, and I’m stepping into collaborations that once felt like distant dreams.
I’ve thrown myself into this fully — not just skating, but building a movement around mental wellness, self-expression, and the reality of living with a neurodivergent mind. Every time I land a trick or share my story, I feel a little more grounded. A little more me.
This space — this blog — is where I’ll be sharing more of that journey. The behind-the-scenes moments. The wins and wipe-outs. The mindset shifts. The mission.
If you’re new here, welcome. If you’ve been walking with me for a while, thank you. I see you. I appreciate you.
Let’s keep rolling — and reminding each other that even in chaos, balance is possible.
With gratitude,
Marc
